About Jessy

  Before Jessy was married she was cooking it up as a sous chef in a boutique style dive in Norman, Oklahoma.  In 2006 she moved ocean side to Orange Beach, Alabama where she met her husband.  After settling into married life she came back to her roots in Oklahoma and continued her sous chef duties as a wife and soon to be mother.  After a short stint in the hair styling industry she found that her love of cooking and mommyhood over ruled everything and continues to dish up warm comfort for her family.  Her motto is, "I want to do everything....and I will", she is currently pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene and plans to graduate by 2016. She enjoys her boys, Max and Boyd and sushi dates with her tall drink of water, Chase.  When she isn't cooking for her family she enjoys photography and life among 12 chickens! She hates shoes and egg plant! Her life is always interesting and never dull....stay tuned for some great recipes and good laughs. She lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her three boys and two dogs. Oh, and the chickens!
